Membership Terms

• Commercial, fleet, modified, or specialty vehicles may be excluded

• One vehicle per membership unless otherwise stated

• Membership benefits are non-transferable

Billing & Renewal

3. Battery Services & Coverage

• Battery replacement coverage applies only to batteries supplied by AutoAssist FL

• Vehicle must meet manufacturer battery specifications

• Coverage is limited to one battery replacement per vehicle per coverage period unless otherwise stated

• Installation must be considered a standard installation; complex or specialty installations may incur additional charges

• Battery warranties are provided by the battery manufacturer, not AutoAssist FL

4. Service Limitations & Safety

AutoAssist FL reserves the right to:

• Decline service if conditions are unsafe

• Refuse service for vehicles that pose mechanical, environmental, or personal safety risks

• Delay or reschedule service due to weather, traffic, equipment, or staffing constraints

Service times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

5. Payments & Fees

• All prices are subject to change without notice

• Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, special equipment, long-distance travel, or non-standard installations

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

6. Text Messaging & Communications
